Shipping conditions

Average order processing time: 2/3 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

Average delivery times from shipment: 2/3 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)*.

*any delays in delivery depend on the carrier (possible delays on islands and isolated areas)

Regarding delivery times, we assume no responsibility due to delays or errors on the part of the courier.

The material collected at our office is usually delivered within the next day in most Italian municipalities (with the exception of the islands, some southern regions and some peripheral locations where delivery takes 2 days).

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, during which couriers do not work, are not included.

In case of breakage or tampering with the package, YOU MUST COLLECT THE GOODS BY SIGNING THE "WITH RESERVATION" VOUCHER, in this way you will be able to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods via email, attaching photographic evidence, courier receipt signed with the wording "WITH RESERVATION" and reason.

We will only charge you for goods in good condition.

Delivery will take place during office hours on weekdays, so we suggest you enter a delivery address where there is always someone available to collect the goods during these hours.

The courier will attempt to deliver twice. If you are absent on the first attempt, you will be contacted (usually via email) directly by the courier to agree on the day and time slot (morning-afternoon) for the second delivery attempt.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
